Making the Most of Change in the Workplace

Organizations who will survive are those who not only deal with the rapid pace of change in the business world, but who also seek it out in order to improve the level of service they provide for their customers and employees. Dealing with change can be extremely painful for managers and employees alike. This training, through participation, helps participants explore the positive effects of change in their lives and helps them take control of the change process itself.
