Business Writing

Writing does matter! This course will cover written communication skills necessary for the effective supervisor today. Participants will learn to write clear documentation of problems and possible solutions, clear disciplinary warnings and corresponding documentation. Writing performance reviews, brief memos, letters and emails to others in the organization is also part of the course. A light bit of grammar review and sentence structure, too!

Participants will learn to:

  • Write clear and concise documentation issues.
  • Write clear and concise memos and emails.
  • Indicate a few grammar rules.
  • Analyze tone and impact of your written communications.
