The Marketing and Public Relations Office provides electronic, easy-to-use templates to help you prepare letters, presentations, fax cover letters and simple one-page fact sheets that support the identity and branding of the college. Please feel free to contact us to request the files and customize them to your specific needs.

If you are representing the college at public events, you may need official business cards or a name badge. You can order either or both by clicking the links below. You will be directed to a form asking you for information you want included. Once you submit the form, it will be directed to the Marketing and Public Relations Office for approval. We will route your order to you when it is completed.

Minnesota State Community and Technical College requires that students, faculty, or staff who appear in video or still photography must sign a release form. Their signature on that form indicates that they allow the college to use their likeness in such photography to promote M State.

If you're taking photos on behalf of the college, you can open and print the Photography Release Form. Ask your subjects to sign the form and then route a copy to the Marketing and Public Relations Office.
