M State is ready to help dislocated workers
If you are a dislocated worker, M State stands ready to help you get your career and your life back on track through educational options at our campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus
Falls, Moorhead and Wadena, and online.
As a dislocated worker, you may qualify for government grants and assistance that will make it possible for you to return to school to acquire job skills for a new career. In
addition to money for college tuition and books, funds may be available for rent, child care, heating assistance and more.
Businesses in west central Minnesota need workers with job skills beyond a high school education. Employers are seeking employees who have 1-2 years of college and can adapt to
support growth in their companies. Now is the time to consider enrolling at M State, while unemployment benefits are available for up to 72 weeks and federal stimulus dollars will
pay for books and tuition.
