As we develop in our continuous improvement culture through the contributions of employees and stakeholders, we will focus on being P.O.I.S.E.D. We want to build a culture that is Purposeful, Open, Inclusive, Strategic, Engaging and Data-Driven in all interactions and strategies developed through committees, work-groups, focus groups and open campus conversations. The success of M State is directly related to the teaching, learning, partnership and service that occur on a daily basis.
We strive to be a success story for every student and every stakeholder - not to meet the requirements of the Higher Learning Commission or an accountability measure, but because we are in the business of changing lives.
M State created a montly newsletter to highlight the continuous improvement processes for all employees. Each month, employees and stakeholders are informed of schedules and timelines and opportunities for involvement. Employees are also able to see the entire cycle of continous improvement based on one particular project or strategy.
