Welcome to the Detroit Lakes Area College Foundation. The DLACF began as the Detroit Lakes Area Vocational Technical Institute Trust Association in 1981. DLACF is organized on behalf of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Detroit Lakes.

The DLACF operates exclusively in developing the programs of the Detroit Lakes campus of M State and its students. Areas include: Charitable, Educational, Literary and Scientific.
