M State concurrent students are held to the same standards and expectations as students in classes taught on the college campus. Success in college starts with knowing what these expectations are and being accountable by reading the "Student Agreement of Understanding".
What is a StarID?
How do I activate my StarID?
Step 1: Go to the MnSCU StarID website. Click on "Activate StarID" and then "Personal Email Address". Enter the same personal email to active your StarID as the email entered when you applied to M State. Click "continue".
Step 2: Go to your personal email and copy the verification code. The code is valid for one hour and can only be used once.
Step 3: Go back to the MnSCU StarID website, click on "Activate StarID" and "Verification Code". Copy and paste the verification code, or enter it manually, and a StarID will be generated.
Step 4: Create a new password. Passwords must be at least three of the following: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters.

HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT TO A NON-MnSCU SCHOOL
Visit the M State forms page and click on "Transcript Request" under the "Graduation and Transfer" heading. You will need the most recent version of Java. Your request will be processed within 72 hours.
Computer requirements to utilize M State's interactive forms:
1. All forms utilize the Java program. You can download and install the free Java program at www.java.com. If you have Java, but are not sure you have the most recent version, you can visit the Java test site at www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
2. Use one of the following Web browsers: IE 8, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.
3. Since Java is not available for mobile devices, our forms cannot be utilized on mobile devices at this time.
4. Clear Web browser history.

HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT TO ANOTHER MnSCU SCHOOL
