An international student is defined as someone who is not a U.S. citizen or U.S. immigrant and is seeking admission to Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Permanent residents, refugees and political asylees must complete only the general admissions process, not the international student admissions process.
International Student Admissions Process
I-20 forms authorizing admittance into the United States for educational purposes will be issued when all admission requirements have been met. Qualified international students must apply and submit all required documents by the deadline to be considered for acceptance to M State.
