FAFSA help sessions offered in Moorhead

Need help completing your FAFSA?

A drop-in FAFSA assistance session is scheduled in Room D119 on M State's Moorhead campus from 2 to 3:15 p.m. Thursday, June 23.

You will need to bring a number of documents to the session and, prior to the session, create an FSA ID, which is the username and password needed to log in to the U.S. Department of Education website to complete the FAFSA. (See the downloads below. A copy of this information also is available in Student Services.)

All students who are interested in financial aid for college must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Meeting the cost of a college education may be a challenge to a student and a student's family. Financial assistance may be available to help students meet their educational goals. Minnesota State Community and Technical College's financial aid department provides you with quality services, programs and opportunities for financial assistance.

All students interested in applying for financial assistance must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The U.S. Department of Education determines a student's financial need from information provided on the FAFSA.
