Loan Exit/Entrance CounselingLoan Entrance Counseling Students who have never borrowed a Federal Direct Loan before are required to do loan entrance counseling before their loans will disburse. Click here to complete Loan Entrance Counseling Loan Exit Counseling Federal regulations require student borrowers to complete loan exit counseling upon fulfilling graduation requirements or if you withdraw or drop below half-time enrollment.
