Catie Herman

Catie Herman is a Detroit Lakes native. She lived and worked in the Fargo-Moorhead area after graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications in December of 1989 from North Dakota State University. In May of 2005 she earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from NDSU. In 2007, Catie moved back to the Detroit Lakes area where she lives with her husband and son.

Catie's professional background includes 13 years of work in non-profit fundraising as well as five years in insurance and retail sales and four years in the printing industry as a layout designer. She has a strong history of community involvement which include serving on CCRI and Jazz Arts Group Board, member and past President of Fargo Jaycees and Fargo Optimists, serving on committees with YWCA Cass Clay, Rape and Aubse Crisis Center, West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, Fargo-Moorhead Chamber of Commerce, Sharehouse and more.

Chuck Chadwick

Chuck Chadwick earned a master�s degree in Management from the University of Mary, Fargo, and a bachelor�s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Chuck was appointed advancement director of the Moorhead Community & Technical College Foundation in April 2006. He served as president of the Moorhead Technical College Foundation and was general manager of Kmart, Moorhead.

Chuck provides leadership to the MCTC Foundation and the resource development program on the Moorhead campus. The Foundation exists to provide scholarships to qualified students and to secure equipment and supplies to enhance programs and facilities. This includes developing annual giving programs, acquiring major gifts and providing direction for the solicitation of gifts. The Foundation supports the Moorhead campus as it seeks to attain its ideals, to communicate its goals and achievements, and to promote a spirit of unity and loyalty among graduates, former students, and the community.

Current community involvement includes Clay County Safety Council Board of Directors; Salvation Army Advisory Board; American Legion; VFW; and DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
