AMST2206 – Body Electrical and Mechanical I pdf

Description: This course teaches diagnosis and repair of interior and exterior lighting, safety devices, comfort systems, and door, window and seat control systems. The student will use wiring diagrams to pinpoint body electrical concerns. Window, door and seat control service will be performed, and common vehicle accessories will be addressed.
Prerequisites: (None)
Corequisites: AMST1101 AND AMST1111

  3. Interpret electrical system wiring diagrams.
  4. Diagnose and repair vehicle lighting systems.
  5. Diagnose and test electrical systems using multimeters and scopes.

  7. Diagnose and repair vehicle wiper and washer systems.
  8. Perform parasitic draw test on vehicle.
  9. Diagnose and explain using diagnostic flow charts and electronic service information.
