ELEC2211 – Electronic Motor Control pdf

Description: This course provides application of basic theory and operation to electronic motor control including semi-conductors, rectifiers, regulators and amplifiers.
Prerequisites: ELEC1108

  1. Demonstrate safe practices.
  2. Describe the function of electronic components.
  3. Demonstrate proper use of test equipment.
  4. Identify electronic symbols.
  5. Demonstrate ability to properly test component function in and out of circuit.
  6. Demonstrate ability to read electronic schematics.
  7. Analyze complex electronic circuits.
  8. Describe electronic component ratings and thresholds.
  9. Demonstrate ability to interpret original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technical data.
