  1. Apply critical thinking skills to integrate pathophysiology with assessment findings of a medical patient.
  2. Identify and differentiate between actual and potential patient problems.
  3. Conduct a medical examination using critical thinking, proper diagnostic skills and interventions.
  4. Demonstrate problem-solving strategies using interventions and patient management alternatives.
  5. Demonstrate communication procedures necessary to relay pertinent assessment findings and interventions to receiving facility.
  6. Correctly assess a medical patient and formulate treatment and transport plans.
