Description: In this hands-on course, students will learn the basics of creating Web pages using up-to-date techniques with HTML, CSS and XHTML. Students will learn to create standards-based Web pages that are cross-browser compliant and to make their websites available on the Web by uploading pages to a Web server.

  1. Prepare standards based web pages.
  2. Prepare HTML pages to design standards.
  3. Utilize FTP to make pages available on the Web.
  4. Utilize validation to ensure properly formatted HTML and CSS pages.
