Description: The objective of this course is for students to develop a set of working drawings of an existing machine project. A genealogy chart, final and sub-assembly drawings, detail drawings, parts lists and part numbering system will be completed.
Prerequisites: CADD1000

  1. Produce assembly drawings.
  2. Produce working drawings.
  3. Produce sub-assembly drawings.
  4. Produce genealogy chart.
  5. Demonstrate understanding of measurement.
  6. Describe engineering change orders (ECO).
  7. Describe vendor parts.
  8. Produce part numbering system.
  9. Create bill of materials (BOM).
  10. Explain drawing revision procedure.
  11. Create final exploded assembly drawing.
  12. Apply project review procedures.
  13. Coordinate assemblies and detail drawings.
  14. Produce and apply project completion schedules.
