REFR1115 – Refrigeration Electrical Circuits Lab pdf

Description: This course will consist of the design of electrical drawings and troubleshooting of different refrigeration and heating equipment and component schematic and wiring diagrams.
Prerequisites: REFR1106
Corequisites: (None)
  1. Demonstrate good and safe shop management skills.
  2. Troubleshoot domestic ice maker electrical designs.
  3. Troubleshoot refrigerator electrical system.
  4. Troubleshoot different single phase motor start systems.
  5. Troubleshoot heat pump heating circuits.
  6. Interrupt capacitor run and start circuits.
  7. Troubleshoot air handler and split system air conditioning systems.
  8. Troubleshoot window air conditioning systems.
  9. Modify refrigerator electrical circuits.
  10. Modify window air conditioner electrical circuits.
