Course DescriptionStudents will study customer support procedures and organization as it applies to help desk operations, and will apply this knowledge to providing phone and direct support to end-users as part of the College's Help Desk. Students will participate in classroom discussions on their experience and will document problems and solutions. Students will demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.
