Information Technology Services (ITS) is focused on bringing students, faculty and staff
the highest form of technology in order to enrich learning. ITS is a division of three departments working together to provide and sustain dependable, accessible and
responsive computing services to the M State community.
These departments include the Computer Services (One Help Desk located at each campus), Technical Services and Web Services.
Some of the responsibilities of these departments include:

Support and assistance for desktop and laptop computing in both administrative and academic environments, including equipment purchasing and repair;

All data networks (wired and wireless), including Internet access;

Support for the Integrated Statewide Records System (ISRS), the document management system (ImageNow), and related applications;

Software support and distribution;

Web site and application design, development and support, including the Content Management System (CMS);

Printing resources;

Network and email account setup and management;

Student laptop setup and support;

Computer lab maintenance and support;

Programming and database administration;
-
Campus PBX phone, voicemail and VoIP systems;

Campus and college-wide servers;
- Classroom projectors and sound systems, ITV and other voice conferencing systems
