The Computer Help Desk staff provides technical support for hardware and software used by M State students, faculty and staff. The Campus Help Desk should be your first point of contact for all computer related issues.
The Campus Computer Help Desks provide the following services:
- Software and Hardware Support - provides operational support of standard M State applications: configuring hardware and software as well as trouble-shooting and repairing equipment. Each Computer Help Desk is an authorized Gateway Repair Center.
- Call Center - responds to questions and requests through telephone calls, and email submissions. Staff can often provide you with solutions over the phone.
- Site-licensed Software - maintains and distributes the university's site-licensed computer programs.
- Technology Purchasing - assistance in choosing and purchasing standard computer equipment, AV and other technology equipment as well as software.
