Welcome to M State Lady Spartans Volleyball

Minnesota State Community and Technical College strives to achieve success in both the academic and athletic arenas. The women's volleyball program is a perfect example of hard work, dedication and teamwork. Under the direction of head coach Terri Strom and community volunteer coach Renae Rasmusson, the Spartan volleyball team has qualified for 27 state tournaments in its 31-year history. They hold 10 conference championships, nine north and one south. The team won the southern division title in both 2003 and 2004, making back-to-back trips to nationals.

Lady Spartans End Season with 4th Place Finish at State Tournament

Congratulations to the Spartan Volleyball team for finishing 4th in the MCAC State Tournament. The Lady Spartans finish their season with a 15-13 record.

Congratulations to Nicky Carrison for receiving 1st Team All-Division and being named to the MCAC State All-Tournament Team. Emily Liljestrand and Linsey Strom were selected to 2nd Team All-Division.
