Dana Haagenson

Dana Haagenson is an adjunct instructor who teaches courses in both accounting and human resources. She has an accounting degree from Minnesota State University–Moorhead and is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as a Certified Professional in Human Resources. Haagenson's background is in the accounting software industry, where she spent over a decade in roles ranging from quality assurance to product management/planning. In those roles, she got to research and analyze the accounting and finance processes of small- to medium-sized businesses. She also worked in human resources and training and development, where she was able to develop employee processes and training courses for team members across the world. Haagenson is a facilitator for M State’s Workforce Development Solutions group, conducting leadership, personal and team development sessions for organizations in various industries. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she helps individuals and teams discover and harness the power of their individual and collective strengths to achieve success, both personally and professionally.
