Description
This course will explore the skills necessary to function as a supervisor within a tight-knit, family-like setting. Topics will include motivating employees; group dynamics; managing change; organizational behavior; organizational culture; performance evaluations; leadership theories; group cohesiveness; generational considerations; and personal leadership styles.

- Discuss ways to develop an organizational culture and group culture pursuing progressive change.
