"I started getting into CAD (computer-aided design) and created models during an internship in high school, where I heard that a new program for CAD drafting and design was coming to Wadena. I had been looking into getting a four-year degree, but the M State program was more affordable and closer to home. 

I’ve been liking it here. It’s super fun. I’ve designed a lot of metal parts, and worked with a laser. I may go on to a university after this to get my four-year degree, I’m still deciding. My plan is to become a mechanical engineer."
