Dacia Johnson

Dacia Johnson provides leadership and direction for all M State human resource activities, including both recruiting and hiring a qualified and diverse workforce and managing employee compensation and benefit programs. She has served as the vice president of human resources since 2007. Johnson holds an MBA from Southwest State University in Marshall and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She also holds SHRM-SCP certification.
