M State Business Services serves students, vendors and the public. We assist students with tuition statements, account updates and payment plans; and we can help students understand their financial obligation to M State.

Our office also can answer questions about tuition policies and procedures and student charges and payments.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program

The SWPPP activities implemented under Minimum Control Measure 1 will focus on increasing public awareness of the harmful effects of storm water runoff and its potential to affect the water quality of the Red River. Educational information will be made available to the public promoting practices conducive to the reduction of pollution that results from storm water runoff. Outreach programs and education activities that demonstrate the impact of storm water discharges on the Red River will be developed and implemented to increase the general level of understanding of the SWPPP throughout the college community.
