Purpose
This procedure provides a process through which individuals alleging sexual violence may pursue a complaint. The procedure is intended to protect the rights and privacy of both the complainant and respondent and other involved individuals, as well as to prevent retaliation and reprisal.
Procedure
Minnesota State Community and Technical College hereby adopts the Minnesota State system Board Procedure 1B.3.1 Response to Sexual Violence, in full.
