Employee Evaluation Policy

Purpose

To comply with Minnesota Statute 43A.20 and Minnesota State system Board Policy 4.9 Employee Evaluation.

Policy

Minnesota State Community and Technical College is committed to evaluating all employees on an annual basis as required by Minnesota Statute 43 A.20 and Minnesota State system Board Policy 4.9 Employee Evaluation.

Evaluations are to be completed on an annual basis per Minnesota Statute 43A.20, Performance Appraisal and Pay, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement or personnel plan. A procedure may provide for evaluations of a limited scope in certain years.
