The Chester G. and C. Jon Rosengren Scholarship is available to graduates of Fergus Falls High School who attend Minnesota State Community and Technical College - Fergus Falls. Each year, Rosengren Scholarships are awarded by the Fergus Area College Foundation to 15-20 incoming M State freshmen and returning sophomores from our community. In the past, scholarships have averaged more than $2,000 a year.

Rosengren Scholarship recipients must have a 2.5 GPA (C+ average), demonstrate a financial need and have a strong desire to succeed in college. The Rosengren Scholarship can be combined with other M State scholarships, making M State a truly affordable option for a first-class college education.

In February scholarship applications are mailed to Fergus Falls High School seniors. Scholarship applications are reviewed beginning in March, and are awarded monthly on a rolling basis until all the scholarship funds have been awarded.
