"It has always been my dream to start my own business, and the lessons I’m learning at M State inspire me, opening my mind and giving me more knowledge about the different aspects of business. 

I chose M State because it’s a small community college, so it’s not so overcrowded or overpopulated; I knew I wouldn’t be distracted in my learning. It also empowers me and gives me the tools to move up, to transfer to another university. 

I like it here. I like the Moorhead campus, and I like the teachers. I would recommend to other students that their first step should be M State, because M State is a good place to start. Everyone here is friendly."
