"I chose M State because it was close to home, and I never really thought of going anywhere else. They had the Accounting program I was interested in, and I had always heard amazing things about the college and how student success is their priority. I never once doubted that I would graduate or felt the urge to give up on the program. 

I would also like to add that none of this would have been possible without the help and motivation of my family. Going to college isn’t easy for a lot of people, myself being one of them, but my parents always reminded me that I can do anything I set my mind to. My young daughter has been my biggest motivator to do the best I can. It has not been easy to go through college, work and raise a family, but I have a whole village behind me offering a helping hand whenever they can."
