"It’s so fun here! It’s very hands-on, which I really enjoy, and there are no ‘extra’ classes you just need to take to get your degree – everything is learned with a purpose. I like how classes are so small, and you know everyone in your program and the teachers all know us by name. 

I came to M State because I wanted a two-year program, and this was close to home for me. I had been attending North Dakota State University to become a teacher, but I thought dental hygiene would be a better fit as it offers a better work-life balance. You don’t have to take it home with you in the evening like you do with teaching."
