Library Collection Circulation Policy

Purpose

To ensure students, faculty and staff have access to library materials.

Policy

The Minnesota State Community and Technical College libraries will make every effort to meet the information needs of their users by establishing circulation policies and procedures that ensure access to library materials. Borrowers will be required to abide by these policies when checking out and returning materials. Failing to comply with these policies, borrowers may be subject to fines, paying replacement costs or loss of privileges.
