Payment Plan Policy
Purpose
The College shall provide payment plans for students allowing them to pay tuition and fees after the tuition and fee payment due date as authorized by board policies and system procedures.
Policy
Minnesota State Community and Technical College shall allow students to pay their tuition and fees over the course of the semester by entering into an approved payment plan offered by the college in accordance with Minnesota State system Board Policy 5.12 Tuition and Fee Due Dates, Refunds, Withdrawals and Waivers. The student will be charged the approved college fee.
Responsibility
President
Establish rates in accordance with board policy and system procedures.
Vice President of Finance and Facilities
Ensure that payment plan policy is implemented.
Central Accounts Receivable
Ensure that payment plans and fee rates are offered and charged as approved by the College in accordance with board policy.
