M State Invitational Art Show Exhibitors

You may exhibit two entries. You must submit an entry form for each piece of artwork to the M State Art Department when you deliver the work.

• You may print and complete the form below for each artwork, then bring to M State with your entry/entries; or
• Forms will be available at M State for you to complete when you drop off your entry/entries

Each entry must have identification and a price on the artwork itself. If the work is not for sale, please indicate the estimated value (this figure will not be publicized.) All work that requires hanging must be ready to hang with a wire.

Unless you make other arrangements in advance, you must deliver your entries in person to the gallery between 1 and 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 14.

Participating artists who would like to be considered for inclusion in M State marketing materials may email a JPG image of their entry or entries by Feb. 27 to Ceramics Instructor Lori Charest at lori.charest@minnesota.edu.

Please join us for the public reception to celebrate all exhibiting artists! The reception is set for 1-3 p.m. May 11 in Legacy Hall on the M State Fergus Falls campus.

Plan to exhibit your work through Sunday, May 11, and pick up works after 3 p.m. on May 11. If you pick up any artworks other than your own, please bring a specific list of works and check each one off with the M State employee on duty.

You may exhibit two entries of any of the following: original paintings, drawings, sculpture, printmaking, jewelry, collages, pottery, photography, wood turning or textiles.

No entry fee will be charged, nor will M State take any commission on works sold while on exhibit.

Plan to exhibit your work through May 11 - no early withdrawals, please.

Every reasonable care will be taken in the handling of all entries. M State does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of any kind.
