Diploma information

M State diplomas are mailed to the permanent address that we have on file for each student. Students needing additional or replacement diplomas should submit a Replacement Diploma Request form. There is a small fee for this service.

The most common reasons students have not yet received a diploma are:

  • The student did not submit a Graduation Application.
  • The student has not waited the four to six weeks needed for processing.
  • We do not have the most up-to-date permanent address on file.
  • The student has a business office hold.
  • The student did not complete all degree requirements.
