College Manor

This three-story building offers 19 four-bedroom, two-bath apartments and a computer lab. Each student has a private bedroom and shares a bath with one other apartment mate, and every apartment has a full kitchen, dining room and living room.

College Manor is close to city amenities in Fergus Falls but still within walking distance to the M State campus.

The building is equipped with a key fob entry system for enhanced security, and two laundry rooms are available on-site for free student use.

2025-2026 cost

$2,200 per term for single room with shared bath

Williams Hillside Village

Just a short walk from the main campus building in Fergus Falls, this apartment complex provides students with convenient access to classes and activities.

The four-building complex offers 16 apartments, each with a full kitchen, two bathrooms and three single-occupancy bedrooms (two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and one has a private bath). The buildings are equipped with key fob entry systems for enhanced security. Each building has on-site laundry facilities for students' use - free of charge!
