On Saturday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., M State’s Moorhead campus will host FM Recharge, a free and open-to-the-public electric vehicle test drive and expo event.
Event attendees will have the opportunity to explore the world of electric vehicles (EVs). There will be a variety of makes and models for individuals to test drive and attendees will be able to ride an e-bike, take a campus tour, discover current and near-future plans for charging, learn about state and federal rebates, and explore the services and programs of local organizations and businesses. Attendees can enjoy some barbeque, and EV experts will be on-site to answer questions about vehicle specs and ranges and charging processes.
M State’s Moorhead campus is located at 1900 28th Avenue South. The event will be held both indoors and outdoors on the campus; in case of inclement weather, it will be held entirely indoors.
