Crisis services
If you are in crisis and need immediate help:

All counselors are available via Zoom or phone to students from all M State campuses, and in person at the campuses shown below.
If you need assistance outside of regular hours, call the toll-free emotional support hotline at 866.342.6892. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the service is free.
